Becoming more popular in our area are post frame homes.  This is a good alternative to the traditional home because it allows all the features, however, the expense is generally less than what you would pay for another conventional home.

A standard post frame house includes the following:

• 6″ x 6″ Treated posts for framing
• 2″ x 6″ Side nailers
• 2″ x 4″ Framing between the posts for drywall

• 4″ Concrete floor with wire and plastic
