POST FRAME BUILDINGS

Our post frame structures are made from the highest quality materials to last over the years. We pride ourselves in our ability to customize each project to fit the needs of each individual customer. Let us help you make your dream garage, party barn, shop, or agricultural building a reality. The standard materials that are included in a basic post frame structure include:

Solid 6 x 6″ treated posts - full length

Posts anchored in concrete (4' deep)

2 x 8″ Treated splashboard

2 x 6″ Side girts - 3' on centers

Double truss supports

Common trusses - 4' on center with 4/12 pitch

Lateral truss ties the full length of the building

2 x 4" purlins - 2' on center

#1 Ag Metal panels with 40yr. warranty

Steel Trim with color to match metal panels

CONVENTIONAL STYLE BUILDINGS

Conventional style buildings are constructed on a concrete foundation with studded exterior and interior walls. A conventional building's standard sets the trusses 2′ on center and studded walls 16″ on center. Let us help you build your dream home, garage, party barn, or shop using conventional framing methods. The standard materials that are included in a basic conventionally frame structure include:

24 x 8″ Concrete footing with 1/2″ rebar

3 Rows of 8″ concrete blocks

Treated 2 x 8″ plate on top of blocks

2 x 4″ Studs-16″ on center

Treated bottom and double top plate on walls

7/16″ O.S.B. sheathing on sides

5/8″ O.S.B. decking on roof

30 lb. Felt paper on roof

Standing Seam metal roof

Metal Board and Batten siding

ROOFS & RESKINS

 Update aged structures with a new roof or reskin. Much more affordable than the cost of demolition and rebuilding, reskins give your building a makeover. We strip the old siding from the structure & replace it with new metal. We can install ag panel, standing seam, or board and batten, as well as other extras to choose from. Consider wainscot, brick, stone or cupolas to add aesthetic value. We can also construct an addition, porch or new roof to help you get the most from your building. The difference is easy to see!
